Trading character to a different account.
My friend has a level 70 warrior which he giving to me for a price, now it account is not active so i wanna trade it to my account, now i know there a price for that, but does the account need to be active on his side of things to send me the warrior????

I think you may be able to transfer toons between two accounts in your name.. However, you can't transfer someone else's characters- this would probably be a gift for the ebay massive :-)

Nope, that's character trading / selling and Blizzard is against it (you could possibly get a perma ban - though not guaranteed)
He would have to have your last name (as in you both share the same last name and could fake a family association of some sort) or the accounts would need the same originating email address and CC# which they have neither.
